15 Minute Lunch Break Workout
Do you ever feel 'trapped' inside whilst working an office job? Well here is a quick lunch break workout to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping! These photos are at 24 weeks pregnant with the twins:
15 Minute Lunch Break Workout:
No Equipment Required
5 Rounds (as fast as you can- why not try and do this every lunch break this week and see if you can beat your time each day?)
-20 x Bench Jumps
-20 x Air Squats
-20 x Step Ups
-20 x Jump Lunges
-20 x Tuck Jumps
After you finish the 5 rounds, have a 2 minute rest, then finish with a PLANK, try and hold this for as long as you can- time your results and try and improve!
