Since finding out that we were expecting twins, one of the hardest things has been how we would juggle running TWO companies, with newborn twins in the mix.
(Not to mention our two older boys at school 7 and 8 too!)

Moving into a bigger premises meant more space, so with that we decided that I would turn my office into a nursery for work also.
That way the twins can establish their sleep routines, etc. without the stress of having to juggle being at home.

I am SO excited with our incredible ‘office nursery’ but I certainly owe it to an incredible Australian brand: Mocka.
I strongly recommend you checking out their range.. with prices that I would classify as ‘budget’ but designs that are high end it really is the perfect brand for mummas.

So, here are the incredible cots that I selected to be our feature pieces:

Bright coloured office nursery for twin baby girls

Being a business owner is hard work, you never know how much income you will have and it is strongly dependant on you being actively at work-
which of course means maternity leave is a hard situation.

Having a full nursery set up right next to me allows me to work when the babies are asleep, allow my husband to be able to help and play with the babies whilst they are awake as well as ensuring our business functions as usual.

I just love these features from Australian designer brands
(In most cases, at home working mamas!)

Pastel pink and pastel blue ice cream cone shelf inside a baby nursery

Here are the direct links to the brands I chose to decorate the nursery.

Ice Cream Shelf – Mitahli Designs

Wooden Garland – Winnie Dot

Wooden Blocks – Babe and Me

Village Figures – Mitahli Designs

When we moved in, all the offices were already painted, so we kept the colour as I couldn’t bare to paint again at 32 weeks pregnant! LOL

I would love to change the wall colour eventually to a more girly colour, but in the mean time I am in love with the look of the cots.

We have since added some beautiful dots onto the walls and we feel it gives it a softer look!

Where there is a will- There is a way!

I have managed to successfully set up, run and grow my business with two young boys.
I’m determined to continue to be a business woman, mum, wife and make a difference in everyone’s lives without having to fork out a huge expense.

I would love to see how other mummas make it work in the workforce!
