Clean Eating Calorie Calculator

Our custom calorie counter works hand in hand with the clean eating guidelines and calorie breakdown. It offers you the exact amount of calories of each macronutrient you need for your meal plan.

This clean eating calorie calculator takes into account your body type and suggested percentages to ensure you consume adequate nutrition, and aren’t deprived of any essential macronutrients.

All you need to do is enter the number of calories you plan to consume each day and your body type.

The best way to determine your body type is to categorise yourself within one of the following body types:

MESOMORPH:

Mesomorph’s have a muscular, rectangular outline with strong bones and broad shoulders. They have a well-defined chest and shoulders, larger and broader than the waistline. Mesomorph's store their body fat evenly over the body and have the ability to gain muscle quickly. The majority of Mesomorph’s have a pear, apple or hourglass type body shape.

ECTOMORPH:

Ectomorph body types are thin and long with narrow waists, hips and shoulders. They also tend to a have a pear or apple type body shape. Ectomorph’s generally have a slim body and find difficulty in gaining size. Their hips and shoulders are relatively similar in width. They have a delicate build and long limbs. Ectomorph’s also have lower body fat and muscle mass. They're known to have fast metabolisms, contributing to their leaner physiques.

ENDOMORPH:

An Endomorph body type signifies a curvier body and larger bones.  An endomorph's hips are usually wider than their shoulders. Body fat tends to store around their lower body in the abdomen, hips and thighs. Endomorph’s have the tendency to put on weight easily and usually have higher body fat percentages. They have the ability to put on great muscle mass through strength and weight training.
