"Wow what an awesome video, I learnt so much. It was worth every penny and I'd happily pay for more videos. The knowledge you guys shared is so incredibly valuable. I thought I knew how to squat but turns out I don't. Great diagram showing the path the bar needs to travel and the different variations needed for longer shins etc. So interesting to know that the knees over toes is just a myth because that's something I consciously think of when I squat which restricts how low I can go which then adds pressure to my lower back. I had no idea about the difference shoes can make but it makes so much sense. I'm guilty that I use my reeboks for running and lifting and I do notice I lean forward more even when I'm consciously trying to lean back on my heels. I am also guilty for warming up on the treadmill and walking straight over the smith machine (not using that anymore) and expect I can just jump into squatting. I will be practicing dynamic stretching. I could go on and on about how much I just learnt but I'd probably end up writing a novel. It was truly so valuable and I am really looking to leg day tomorrow to test out all the new techniques I learnt. I would love if you could do a video like this on dead lifts because this is a movement I really struggle with. I know what I should be doing to have proper form (well at least I think I do but you'll probably prove me wrong :) but I always end up hurting my lower back so clearly I'm doing something wrong. You guys are a great team. Sophie you kept asking Nath really good questions to prompt him.

CONTEST PREPARATION PACKAGES
Please understand that all of our Contest Preparation Packages are custom designed to the individual. Due to this, all packages are locked into a minimum 12 week contract. We will not refund anyone wanting to cancel plans before the 12 week time period is up.
Please return defective items within 7 days of purchase, otherwise NO replacement will be offered. Items must be accompanied by the order number and return address.
