What is clean eating?
Clean eating 101 is described in full within my clean eating guidelines here.
The simple breakdown of clean eating is; eating foods as close to their natural source. without being processed or mixed with additives, refined sugars, fillers, preservatives or chemicals.
Is clean eating suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Yes, in fact clean eating is recommended by most medical professionals for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It reduces the risk of gestational diabetes, health problems and excessive weight gain. You will just need to remember that the calorie intake for pregnant and breastfeeding women needs to be increased. (Since you're eating for more than one!)

Are there recipes to follow?
Along with the simple step by step guidelines offered in the program, there is a huge variety of recipe options. Along with the ones included in the plan, I continuously update free recipes on my website to help you along the way too! Clean eating basics are all included in the guidelines and mastering these skills will help you to experiment further within the clean eating diet.
I have limited spare time, will it be worth it for me?
Yes! An investment in your health is always worth it. The meals required don’t take more time to prepare than any other meals and will actually free up more time during the day as you won’t need to prepare foods every meal! Clean eating questions are always answered to help you on your journey and make your life easier.
I am a vegetarian or vegan, do these guidelines suit me?
Yes, in almost all cases there are options for protein sources for vegans and vegetarians available within the guidelines.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
You can expect to see results within 4-6 weeks if you are sticking to the plan 100%.
These results can vary from weight loss, energy increase, enhanced moods, clearer skin and overall health.
Is clean eating expensive?
No, in most cases eating clean will result in a reduced shopping bill. Choose in season fruits and vegetables where possible to further reduce grocery shopping bills.
Do the clean eating guidelines come with an exercise plan?
The clean eating guidelines include a simple exercise program to follow.

Does the plan offer 24 hour support?
Yes, the clean eating program allows you access to a private email account directly to Sophie to answer any other questions you may have.
Along with this, you also gain access to the clean eating forum on Facebook. This is a great way to meet like minded friends, gain support, find new recipes and tips and much more!
I just purchased an eBook instead of a hard copy, can I swap it?
Due to the nature of a downloadable eBook, there are no exchanges or refunds for eBooks.
The hard copy version is clearly stated in the description. Please be wary before purchasing.
I bought an eBook but haven't received anything, what should I do?
eBooks are sent in the form of an instant email back to your nominated email address.
If you do not receive an email with a downloadable link please check your junk folder, filters and ensure your inbox is not over capacity before requesting help.
Do you include the macros and calories for your recipes within your cook book?
I personally do not promote the use of calorie counting or associating foods with a 'number'.
In my opinion this leads to an unhealthy relationship with food and isn't a maintainable lifestyle in the long run.
When deciding on a diet that is right for you, always ask yourself if you could live this life forever, if not, it's a temporary fix, not a maintainable change.
For this reason, there are no mention of calories in my book. However, if you have chosen to count calories or macros for your lifestyle, then it i simple to work them out from the recipes provided.
Does your recipe book contain photos of each recipe?
I am such a visual person and I LOVE to see how a meal will look before cooking it. After all we are visual beings!
So, each and every recipe has its own photograph of the meal you will soon be enjoying.
I purchased an eBook and have since lost the file and the download, am I able to get the link sent to me again?
Orders within 3 months only will be re-issued upon receiving an invoice and order number via email.
Orders prior to this will unfortunately not be re-issued and it is your duty of care to ensure you have saved and/or printed your eBook.
