I lead a very busy lifestyle, being a mum of four small children and working full time as well as looking after the household chores. Cleaning, cooking, washing- it never ends!

I started experimenting in the kitchen with ‘clean’ foods and created my own recipes for a huge variety of foods. From protein brownies to quinoa pancakes, low carb cakes, chicken, couscous and many more.
