Apricot & Almond Balls
A fruity take on my protein amazeballs!
Why not make a few different types to mix it up?
Using a food processor, place the apricots in and blend finely chopped and starting to ball together.
Add the almonds, protein powder, honey and coconut flakes.
Combine until it is an easy mixture, if it is too dry to roll balls, add a little bit more honey. If it is too wet, add more almonds.
Roll into balls and coat in the coconut.
Dairy free when made without the whey protein powder.
Child friendly when made without the whey protein powder- optional extra, pea protein isolate.
