Banana Blueberry Oats
A delicious, filling and nutritious breakfast suitable for every morning!
- Using a blender, place the psyllium husk and half a cup of boiling water and mix until thick.
- Add the protein powder and combine again.
- Add in the water as you need it, if you prefer it runnier.
- Add in half the blueberries and mix again. (the colour will change to purple)
- Add in the rolled oats, but only mix for a few seconds to ensure it's still thick oats.
- Serve with the remaining blueberries on top!
