Overnight Chia Oats
A delicious, quick and easy recipe perfect for those busy mornings!
- Use an airtight container. I love my mason jars!
- Chop the strawberries up roughly.
- Combine all of the ingredients in the container or jar.
- Shake it to combine all of the ingredients.
- Store in the fridge overnight.
- Serve cold in the morning!
This is perfect for those early morning breakfast runs, where it is more nutritious than a simple shake on the go!
