Method

  1. Use an airtight container. I love my mason jars! 
  2. Chop the strawberries up roughly.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients in the container or jar.
  4. Shake it to combine all of the ingredients. 
  5. Store in the fridge overnight.
  6. Serve cold in the morning!

This is perfect for those early morning breakfast runs, where it is more nutritious than a simple shake on the go!
