Method

  1. Using a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the coconut oil.
  2. Once the dry ingredients are mixed, add in the coconut oil and stir until well combined. 
  3. Place in patty pans and place in the fridge until set.
  4. Dust with Stevia icing sugar (optional)
