Sophie Guidolin’s eBooks and downloadable products have a strict no-refund policy so please be sure the product is right for you before buying.

Please be aware that download links to all eBook’s are valid for 7 days only. It is your responsibility to download your eBook within this time frame. Links will not be re-issued after the 7 days. If, however you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased product, then help is available. Please also note that creating a backup file for your eBook is solely your responsibility. We will not re-issue links for loss or damage of computers. Backing up is the only way to ensure that your eBook is not lost should your hard drive fail. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their devices are compatible with the eBooks they purchase. Refund will not be issued due to compatibility issues.

Although not required, it is suggested you insure returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
(Please note that insurance up to $100 is a cost of $2.50 only within Australia). Please contact us before buying if you require this service.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please see instructions below for Defective Items.

When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a “fair and reasonable” policy. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects at our depot prior to shipping. You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel (within 3 days) if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item. Please note; this is not for eBooks.

eBooks are sent digitally to the email address registered with the purchase. If you do not receive your eBook, please check your junk folder and add Sophie Guidolin as a trusted recipient.

DAMAGED PRINTED BOOKS
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@sophieguidolin.com.au
In the case of damage, please be aware that orders are packed in padded bags with a padded exterior, securing books with minimal to no movement.
We ensure our courier system maintains high levels of packing standards and do not accept responsibility for damage caused during transit.

CUSTOM PLANS
Please be aware that all Custom Plans are created to suit each individual, focusing on specific requirements and dietary needs. Due to this, we offer a strict NO refund or exchange policy on any of our custom plans.

CONTEST PREPARATION PACKAGES
Please understand that all of our Contest Preparation Packages are custom designed to the individual. Due to this, all packages are locked into a minimum 12 week contract. We will not refund anyone wanting to cancel plans before the 12 week time period is up.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please return defective items within 7 days of purchase, otherwise NO replacement will be offered. Items must be accompanied by the order number and return address.

Defective items will gladly be exchanged, please post the items back to:

Items must be returned within (7) seven days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.
For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

*Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging.


DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Please note that discounted items cannot be returned, as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.
