Our household favourite healthy pikelet recipe!

Now that my site has a new look, you may have noticed my super popular pikelet recipe has gone missing!
I have had so many requests for it back, so I am re-sharing it on this blog with you all.
These delicious pikelets can be made sweet or savoury and topped with all your favourites.
My kids love them with jam!

- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 3 eggs
- 125g wholewheat flour
- 200g natural greek yoghurt
- 50g water
- Blitz all the ingredients in a thermomix or processor for 30 seconds.
- Leave the mixture to stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook in a high quality non-stick pan at medium heat.
