What a week so far!
This week I’m in Sydney filming and shooting with Reebok and I am so excited for what’s coming!
While I’m here I caught up with Larry and Kylie on The Morning Show to talk all things Reebok and also to share a quick five-minute workout for those of you short on time.
This workout is super quick but it’s a real burner 🔥 Perfect for at home when you need to squeeze a workout in, plus you don’t need any equipment!

SOPHIE’S 5 MINUTE WORKOUT
2 minutes (keep rotating as many times as you can):
- 10 x air squats
- 10 x pulse squats
- 10 x jump squats
1 minute
- High knees
2 minutes (keep rotating as many times as you can):
- 10 x glute bridges
- 10 x glute bridge kicks
- 10 x hamstring walkouts
