In just 6 weeks, I’m challenging (and documenting) myself to rebuild, regain, and transform - physically and mentally. 💪
After seriously letting myself down this year (focusing on everyone else except for myself… 🥵😌 it turns out I have LOST 2.7kgs of muscle since my last documented check in)
There have been multiple times this year where I’ve not only let myself down, lost progress, but have felt my confidence take a huge hit in the process.
That's life, right? We all face it. However, we also have the power to take control and create real change.
It’s not about perfection; it’s about showing up, especially on the hardest days. Because whether we push toward our goals or not, life keeps moving. 🌊 my goals are gain as much muscle as possible, sleep better, reduce my stress and rebuild my self esteem. 😞
