Those who have followed me since the beginning know how much I love banana bread, and every Sunday for the last 7 years I make at least one loaf of banana bread. I say at least, because the first one is usually eaten before it cools!
The recipe ended up in my My Kids Eat recipe book and has probably been recreated as many times as I have baked it! I have updated, revised and redeveloped this recipe to make it even MORE delicious, moist and inclusive of my favourite protein powder! It is so easy to make with some pantry staples and will have the whole family drooling for more.
