RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your returns policy?

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, damaged the product with incorrect use, or have used the product for a long period of time and the problem is a result of usual wear and tear.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item you have purchased has a major problem such as:

  • the product is significantly different from the product description and/or images
  • the product does not do what it is supposed to
  • the product is unsafe

You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return or exchange the item.

Please provide details for your refund or exchange request, along with your order number to contact@sophieguidolin.com.au so we can assist.

My product is damaged/faulty. What do I do?

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between an exchange or credit. Please provide details and photos of the product in question, along with your order number to contact@sophieguidolin.com.au so we can assist.

Refunds will not be granted for a ‘change of mind’.

All Sophie Guidolin products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure you receive your products in good condition.

Why isn’t my Digital eBook download link working?

Please be aware that download links to all eBooks are valid for 7 days only.

It is your responsibility to download your eBook within this time frame. Links will not be re-issued after the 7 days. 

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading the product, please contact us at support@thebod.com.au, providing your order number.

Please also note that creating a backup file for your eBook is solely your responsibility. We will not re-issue links for loss or damage of computers. Backing up is the only way to ensure that your eBook is not lost should your hard drive fail. 

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their devices are compatible with the eBooks they purchase. Refunds will not be issued due to compatibility issues.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind. Please ensure the digital eBook is right for you before purchasing.

Any digital eBooks purchased before December 1, 2018 will not be regenerated or re-issued.
