In 2022, we are all starting to look at our total health. Organisations are starting to really look and reflect what is working for their team in supporting their overall mindset, working conditions and ensuring that we are all playing our part in collectively helping as a society to be the most conscious versions of ourselves for the next generation.
When I look at my children, teaching them the value of health, nutrition and learning to cook.
I believe teaching our children how to prepare food, understanding nutritional data and being aware of what is in our foods will assist in many generations to come.
Creating recipe books has allowed me the create space to share my family meals with your families and beyond.
To help assist businesses and organisations in spreading this message and thus changing generations to come, I would love to facilitate this process and GIFT (yes, you read that right!) entirely FREE- my famous best selling recipe book (in it’s beautiful hard copy table book edition!) for businesses to spread the love to their employees, team or gifts within their fields.
The catch?

- Between 100-500 copies per business.
- Must pay for postage or be available to collect from our warehouse in South Australia.
