Breath work is a great way to bring calm to your inner self - especially if you’ve been feeling tense, agitated, or overwhelmed lately. Our breath is an indicator of anxiety, mood and overall state of being. When we know how to work with our breath, we can change so much - our mood, panic attacks, insomnia, and even blood pressure.
In this deep breath work event Nicola teaches breathing patterns and how to release and let go of anxiety, stresses and emotional worries.
How To Prepare:
- Get comfortable - try grabbing a pillow for your head and a blanket
- Have a water bottle nearby to keep you hydrated
- Have a journal or notepad with you to write any notes
- Dim the lights
- We recommend having a light tummy for this experience so try not to eat 90 minutes prior to the session
Please note the breath work session is not recommenced for those with heart complaints, epilepsy and under 16’s.
