STRONG is more than just who can lift the heaviest, who looks the strongest or the fittest. 💪🏼

STRONG is mentally strong. It is knowing who you are and what you stand for. 👊🏼

It is getting back up after getting kicked down. 

It is feeling like crawling back into bed- but getting dressed anyway.

Life isn’t always about ups, but if your downs feel like more often than not- perhaps going back to basics is what you need to do. 

I’m so proud of this cover. 

I am STRONG. I may not be the strongest in the gym or the strongest physically- but far out i am proud that I always get back up.
