THE BOD Weekend was AMAZING!
THE BOD Weekend was created purely on accident. There was a group of BOD girls who messaged me asking if they could come and visit our gym, and I thought to myself, 'Why not invite anyone and everyone who follows THE BOD to come?'.
Three years later, each weekend gets bigger and better.
Day 2 was held at Hold Your Own... later into the night we celebrated at The Island Level 12 Penthouse in Surfers Paradise.
It was the perfect venue!
Day 3 was all about nutritional seminars and cooking, hosted at Bond University.
I have to say a massive thank you to our sponsors, and credit some of the incredible brands we got to work with.
